A VC Casino punter is in seventh heaven after winning a colossal £273,000 playing online roulette. The Buckinghamshire-based high roller’s win is believed to be one of the biggest online roulette wins in UK casino history.
“This gentleman has shown some incredible nerve to continue riding his luck,” said VC Casino’s Tom Cooper.
“Many people would have called it a day after winning several thousand but this high roller has kept on going past the quarter of a million pound mark.”
The mystery punter’s money-winning 14 hour session lasted from midnight on Friday, October 29, until 2pm the following afternoon.
“When you’re on a winning run you just don’t want to stop,” added Cooper.
The casino conqueror’s winning roulette strategy was to stake £100 per number with the four surrounding splits at £100 a time – giving a total staking plan of £500.
“That equates to £100 at 35/1 and £400 at 17/1,” explained Cooper.
Other VC Casino successes over the past fortnight include: a £29,250
winner on blackjack, an £8,746 winner on five reel slots and a £5,500
winner on video poker.
